1. Eligibility for Returns

Customers must raise a return request within 7 days of receiving the order.

Requests made after the return window may not be accepted.

3. Non-Returnable Items

5. Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

If a product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, subject to product availability.

7. Order Cancellation

Before Shipment

Orders can be cancelled before shipment for a full refund.

After Shipment

Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled and will be governed by this Return & Refund Policy.

8. Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective item), return shipping charges will be borne by Zenvoras.

  • For any other approved return reason, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.

9. Refund Exceptions

Refunds may be declined if:

  • The product is returned in used condition.

  • The product is missing original packaging or accessories.

  • The return request is made after the eligible return period.

  • Evidence of misuse or tampering is found.
